Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join its growing practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. Established in 1988, the firm has expanded to over 6,000 employees, including more than 1,000 attorneys, across 140 offices nationwide.

In this role, the attorney will manage motor vehicle accident cases during the pre-litigation phase. Responsibilities include handling all pre-litigation tasks, guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, overseeing settlement negotiations, and managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers. The attorney will also focus on personal injury cases, primarily premises liability, and ensure compliance and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met within the team.

Candidates must possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar Association. A minimum of two years of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service and communication skills, leadership abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
