Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its rapidly expanding team in Columbia, South Carolina. In this role, the attorney will manage a substantial caseload encompassing both pre-litigation and litigation phases, including trial preparation and court appearances. Responsibilities include drafting and filing legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions; guiding clients through the legal process; collaborating with expert witnesses; and representing clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the South Carolina State Bar. A minimum of two years of experience in personal injury or premises liability law is required, along with strong client service and communication skills, the ability to manage a high volume of cases, and superior writing and oral advocacy abilities.
