WPP Media is seeking a Pessoa Analista Pleno de BI & Media Analytics to support the Data & Tech operations for the LATAM account. This role involves collecting, consolidating, validating, and organizing data, updating dashboards, and preparing performance analyses and reports.

Key responsibilities include extracting and organizing data from media platforms, analytics, and commerce sources; updating recurring dashboards and tracking databases; conducting quality checks for data consistency and completeness; reviewing UTMs, taxonomy, naming conventions, and tracking parameters; preparing tables, charts, and materials for presentations and reports; monitoring performance and identifying deviations; documenting processes and operational routines; supporting LATAM markets and internal teams; and assisting with reporting for key shopping moments and priority campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have initial experience in BI, digital media, data, analytics, or performance; advanced to intermediate proficiency in Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint; familiarity with platforms such as GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CM360, DV360, or similar; an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile; and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Additional desirable qualifications include Spanish language skills; experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL; and experience with e-commerce, retail media, or affiliate data.
