This role is integral to executing and optimizing digital media campaigns for a prominent global client, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.
The Supervisor will lead a team of media activation analysts, overseeing the setup, configuration, and optimization of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and efficient campaign execution, meeting deadlines, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). The role also involves providing technical support and continuous development for team members, managing budgets and financial forecasts, and generating operational insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Candidates should have substantial experience in activating, managing, and optimizing digital media campaigns, with a focus on team leadership and proficiency in major media platforms. Prior experience in a media agency handling digital media operations at a regional or global level is essential. A hands-on approach to campaign configuration and management is required, along with advanced or fluent English skills for effective communication with global teams and partners.
