Cellanome is seeking a Pharma Account Manager to drive the adoption of its advanced single-cell analysis platform within pharmaceutical and large biotech companies. This remote role focuses on the U.S. West Coast and involves collaborating with discovery and translational research teams to integrate Cellanome's technology into complex research workflows.

The Pharma Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including discovery scientists, translational researchers, platform leads, and procurement teams. Key duties include identifying opportunities where single-cell analysis can accelerate drug discovery, developing strategic account plans, delivering technical presentations, and navigating long sales cycles within large organizations. Collaboration with field application scientists, marketing, and product teams is essential to support evaluations and successful adoption.

Candidates should possess a degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. The role typically requires a minimum of 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8 years with a Master's degree; or 5 years with a PhD. Additionally, at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or field applications with a focus on cell biology is required. A strong understanding of drug discovery workflows, familiarity with single-cell analysis platforms, and a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with the willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, are also necessary.

Cellanome offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 per year, with additional commission opportunities.
