The Planner 360 at WPP Media is responsible for transforming client briefs into integrated, insight-driven media strategies that deliver measurable business impact. This role leads the end-to-end planning process across traditional and digital channels, ensuring data-backed decision-making, strategic alignment, and budget efficiency. The Planner collaborates closely with buyers, internal stakeholders, and clients, playing a key role in campaign design, vendor negotiations, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities include analyzing client briefs to develop strategic media plans aligned with brand objectives and performance KPIs, conducting in-depth audience segmentation and brand persona analysis using data from various sources, and negotiating rates and inventory with media vendors to ensure cost-efficiency. The Planner also supervises buyers to ensure proper campaign execution, leads media flowchart development, and forecasts investment and media delivery to avoid budget deviations.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or Business Administration, along with 2–3 years of experience as a media planner in an agency or media-related environment. Ideal certifications include Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital planning/analytics credentials. Proficiency in audience and media planning tools such as Nielsen, Ipsos, Adintel, Integrametrics, Intersoft, and Tabscan is essential. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and clear communication skills are also required.
