As a Platzfahrer (d/m/w) at Auto1 Group, you will join the Production Team responsible for the preparation of premium vehicles within our Autohero Production Department. Autohero is an innovative online shop for certified used cars and a part of the AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading platform for automotive trade.
Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating vehicle movements within our reconditioning site in Ketzin near Berlin, creating delivery notes, and managing vehicle entries and exits in our digital system. You will also prepare vehicles for entry and exit checks, ensure smooth workflows for our vehicle evaluators, and oversee the prioritization of vehicles in washing facilities to guarantee proper interior and exterior vehicle preparation. Additionally, you will handle general administrative tasks, scan and transmit documents via our app, and manage our vehicle inventory.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for cars and a valid Class B driver's license. Previous experience as a fleet employee or vehicle preparer is a plus. A strong affinity for automotive technical topics and a solid technical understanding of workshop processes, warehouse organization, and tool knowledge are desirable. The role requires a coordinated, structured, and independent working style, resilience, initiative, and strong team player qualities. Proficiency in German and Polish (English is a plus) and experience with common software applications such as Google Sheets, Word, and Excel are also important.
