As a Platzfahrer (d/m/w) at AUTO1 Group, you will be an integral part of our Production Team, contributing to the preparation of premium vehicles within our Autohero Production Department. In this role, you will coordinate vehicle movements within our reconditioning site in Hemau, ensuring efficient workflow and organization. Your responsibilities include creating delivery notes, managing vehicle check-ins and check-outs, preparing vehicles for entry and exit inspections, and overseeing the prioritization of vehicles in washing facilities. Additionally, you will handle general administrative tasks, such as scanning and transmitting documents via our app and managing our vehicle inventory.
We are looking for individuals with a passion for automobiles and a valid Class B driver's license. Previous experience as a fleet employee or vehicle detailer is advantageous. A strong affinity for automotive technical topics and a solid technical understanding of workshop processes, inventory organization, and tool knowledge are essential. The ideal candidate will possess a coordinated, structured, and independent working style, along with resilience, initiative, and strong team player qualities.
We offer a secure, permanent position with a €750 starting bonus for all new hires. Employees receive a prepaid MasterCard loaded with €50 monthly, modern workshops, safety clothing, and the latest work equipment. Overtime is compensated, and there is no customer contact or Saturday work required. We provide 28 days of vacation initially, increasing over time, and offer discounts on vehicle purchases.
