As a Platzmeister / Fuhrparkleiter / Koordinator Fuhrpark (d/m/w) at AUTO1 Group, you will lead a team of approximately 15-20 employees, ensuring the department's objectives are met. Your role involves overseeing vehicle logistics and coordinating the delivery and receipt of all vehicles at the Hemau location. AUTO1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, revolutionizing the industry with brands like wirkaufendeinauto.de, and Autohero.
Your primary responsibilities include managing all vehicle movements to ensure timely availability for the reconditioning process. You will identify and implement improvements in workplace organization and conduct regular vehicle inventories to maintain an up-to-date fleet. Additionally, you will play an active role in recruiting new team members and fostering their ongoing development.
The ideal candidate has several years of experience as a fleet employee or yard manager, with a proven track record in team leadership. A passion for automobiles and a valid Class B driver's license are essential. Strong technical understanding of vehicle processes, including workshop operations, inventory management, and tool knowledge, is required. Candidates should demonstrate a coordinated, structured, and independent work style, along with resilience, initiative, and strong team-player qualities.
Compensation includes a €3,000 starting bonus, a monthly €50 prepaid MasterCard, and payment for overtime. The position offers a secure, permanent contract with 28 days of vacation, increasing to 30 days after one year.
