The Portfolio Manager - ECP, Grants at Euna Solutions is a pivotal role within the Enterprise Customer Programs (ECP) team, focusing on the operational health, risk management, and governance of the legacy grants portfolio during its transition to a new platform. This position requires collaboration across various departments, including Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, Implementation, and Migration teams, to ensure a seamless migration process. Euna Solutions is a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions that assist public sector and government organizations in streamlining procurement, budgeting, payments, grants management, and special education administration.
In this role, the Portfolio Manager will oversee all aspects of legacy grants operations, ensuring client health, system performance, incident management, and adherence to contractual obligations. They will establish and lead governance processes focused on risk management, backlog visibility, and migration readiness. The manager will maintain comprehensive documentation, including risk registers and dependency maps, and drive data-informed decisions aligned with client dependencies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align operational priorities and manage backlog prioritization and defect resolution. Additionally, the manager will oversee client communications related to platform positioning and migration milestones, ensuring consistent and proactive messaging.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in SaaS program management, enterprise operations, or customer success. Demonstrated success in managing complex programs involving legacy systems or platform migrations is essential, along with experience working with public sector organizations or large government entities. A strong understanding of SaaS lifecycles, operational risk management, and enterprise client engagement is required. Preferred qualifications include direct experience with public-sector grants management platforms such as eCivis or AmpliFund, and familiarity with public sector procurement processes.
