Praktikum Business Development (d/m/w)

As a Venture Development Intern at AUTO1 Group, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the infrastructure of our in-house production facilities for our retail brand, Autohero. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading digital automotive platform, renowned for redefining the used car market through superior supply chain management.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and enhancing daily operational processes to ensure seamless workflows. You will develop and implement strategies to improve existing procedures, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations. Additionally, you will take ownership of individual projects, driving them to completion with a hands-on, KPI-driven approach.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, or a related field. Prior experience in a fast-growing startup, investment banking, or consulting is advantageous. A strong entrepreneurial mindset, affinity for digital business models, and interest in the automotive industry are essential. Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and fluency in both German and English are required.
