The Praktikum - CRM & Automation (m/w/d) role at CarOnSale is an internship position focused on supporting the CRM and automation team within this fast-growing automotive tech company. Interns will be part of a dynamic and international environment, contributing to the development and optimization of cutting-edge CRM processes.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and optimization of CRM systems and automation workflows. Your tasks will include supporting data analysis, preparing reports, executing CRM campaigns, and working closely with various stakeholders such as sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer journey automation. Active involvement in improving campaign efficiency and user engagement processes will be a core part of your work.

To succeed in this position, you should be enrolled in a relevant degree program such as business, economics, marketing, or information technology. Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a high attention to detail are essential. Practical experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills in English and/or German, are highly advantageous.
