Product Manager (m/f/d)

CarOnSale is seeking a Product Manager to lead two critical product domains: INDI (vehicle inspection and dispatching) and AQUA (automated auction creation and vehicle data quality). This role is pivotal in optimizing inspection workflows, enhancing data quality, and automating auction processes to support the company's mission of revolutionizing B2B automotive trade across Europe.

The Product Manager will be responsible for refining inspection workflows to balance quality, cost, and scalability, developing smart resource allocation strategies for efficient dispatching, and creating mobile tools for field teams to capture vehicle data. Additionally, the role involves integrating with partners at the API level to automate listing creation, ensuring data completeness and accuracy, and building quality assurance systems to maintain high standards in the marketplace.

Candidates should have over four years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace products. Strong skills in user discovery, data-driven decision-making, and comfort with technical complexities such as APIs and data models are essential. The ability to manage multiple domains in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills in both German and English are also required.
