Pre Sales Engineer
As a Pre Sales Engineer at Tulip, you will play a pivotal role in our sales process by demonstrating the value and capabilities of our platform to prospective clients. Working closely with the sales team, you will help potential customers understand how Tulip's solutions can address their unique manufacturing challenges. This position is based in Somerville, MA, at our global headquarters, which features a state-of-the-art Experience Center showcasing the latest in frontline operations technology.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, developing proof-of-concept applications tailored to client needs, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring that client requirements are effectively met. Additionally, you will gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and enhance our offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, preferably with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Proficiency in software development, particularly in creating applications that integrate with various hardware and software systems, is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
