Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A., a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney for their Atlanta, GA office. This role is integral to the firm's mission, focusing on personal injury cases, primarily motor vehicle incidents.

As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will manage all pre-litigation activities, including guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. You will also supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) within the team.

Candidates should possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar Association. A minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong leadership, excellent client service, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
