Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A., a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney for its Jacksonville, Florida office. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in personal injury law at a premier plaintiff firm. Pre-Suit Attorneys at Morgan & Morgan play a critical role in the firm's success by making mission-critical decisions.

In this position, the Pre-Suit Attorney will handle all pre-litigation work, including guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. The attorney will also manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, focusing primarily on personal injury cases, particularly automotive-related incidents. Additional responsibilities include managing the release approval process and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators.

Candidates should possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service and communication skills, leadership abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential. The firm seeks self-starters driven by long-term career goals.
