Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A., a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney for its Buffalo, New York office. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in personal injury law within a premier plaintiff firm. The Pre-Suit Attorney will play a critical role in the firm's success by making key decisions in pre-litigation cases.

In this position, the attorney will handle all pre-litigation tasks, including guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. They will manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, focusing primarily on personal injury cases, especially automotive-related ones. The attorney will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the team.

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service and communication skills, leadership abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
