Pre-Suit Attorney

As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work, including guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. You will also manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers, focusing primarily on personal injury cases, particularly automotive-related incidents. Additional duties include completing the Flip-to-Lit approval, managing the release approval process, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) among your team.
The ideal candidate will possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. A minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Strong client service and communication skills, leadership abilities, and a self-starter attitude driven by long-term career goals are essential. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills are also necessary for success in this role.
