Presuit Secretary

Key tasks include collecting and processing medical records, accident reports, driving records, and vehicle ownership documents. The position also involves preparing and sending demand letters, turndowns, no representation letters, contracts, and multi-party combo letters. Additional duties encompass general office tasks such as typing, operating office machines, sorting mail, and creating new client folders.
Ideal candidates should possess an associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in the legal field is advantageous. Applicants must demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to manage a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, is required.
