Additional duties encompass general office tasks such as typing, operating office machines, sorting mail, and assisting attorneys or case staff with other assigned tasks.

Candidates should possess an associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience, with at least one year of experience in the legal field being advantageous. Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing and file management, is essential. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a fast-paced workload with minimal supervision is crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.

Compensation for this role starts at $20 per hour, with full-time employees eligible for an excellent benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
