Principal Product Manager
Osano is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead and drive strategic product areas within its platform. This high-ownership role involves balancing customer needs, product strategy, engineering alignment, operational rigor, and business outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to operate like a mini-GM for a product area, ensuring clarity and prioritization in roadmap execution.
Key responsibilities include owning the roadmap for one or more strategic product areas, defining and executing 6–12 month roadmaps aligned with company objectives and customer needs, and driving continuous shipping and iterative delivery. The role also involves partnering closely with Engineering to maintain a predictable, high-quality release cadence and leading agile product development using frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or ISV environments, proven experience operating as a senior individual contributor with ownership over a product line or major product area, and a strong track record in high-velocity environments with continuous or weekly release cadences. A strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, integrations, distributed systems, and SaaS architecture concepts is also required.
