Principal Product Marketing Manager

This role focuses on transforming Gong's vision into a compelling market presence, particularly targeting enterprise IT and revenue operations leaders evaluating AI infrastructure for revenue. The position is available in Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, and San Francisco.
In this role, the Principal Product Marketing Manager will define positioning and messaging that resonate with technical buyers, emphasizing governance models, orchestration architecture, data permissioning, and agent lifecycle management. They will develop content, frameworks, and tools to help CIOs and RevOps architects understand how Gong integrates into their AI stack, covering aspects like data flows, governance controls, agent coordination, and integrations. Additionally, the manager will unify AI and execution narratives, ensuring a cohesive story that highlights Gong's integrated approach to enterprise-scale autonomous execution.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of B2B product marketing experience, including at least four years managing the full product marketing lifecycle for an AI platform or complex workflow product at an enterprise SaaS company. They should possess a working knowledge of agentic workflow concepts and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A bias toward evidence and action, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and at pace, is essential.
