Principle Associate IT
Eurofins IT Solutions is seeking an experienced BMC Helix Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals to design, develop, deploy, and maintain BMC Helix solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a deep understanding of ITIL, BMC Helix ITSM, DWPC, DWPA, and BMC Helix Innovation Studio.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing BMC Helix applications, custom workflows, and automations aligned with business requirements. You will integrate BMC Helix with other enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless operations and data flow. Additionally, you will customize BMC Helix modules and user interfaces to enhance usability and meet specific business needs.
The role requires providing technical support and troubleshooting for BMC Helix applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize business disruption. You will create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, testing plans, and user guides. Collaboration with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders is essential to gather requirements, provide status updates, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Candidates should possess a strong background in IT service management, with expertise in ITIL and BMC Helix platforms. Proficiency in developing custom workflows and automations within BMC Helix is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required.
