Privacy & AI Governance Counsel

Anaplan is seeking a Privacy & AI Governance Counsel to join its Privacy Legal Team. This role involves drafting and negotiating data processing agreements, Business Associate Agreements, and other contracts with privacy and AI implications. The counsel will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to assess risks associated with product offerings, including AI features, and lead Privacy by Design processes, Privacy Impact Assessments, and AI Risk/Impact Assessments. Additionally, the position entails developing and maintaining privacy and AI governance policies, managing cookie compliance, and handling Data Subject Access Requests.
