Privacy & AI Governance Counsel

Anaplan is seeking a Privacy & AI Governance Counsel to join its Privacy Legal Team. This role involves drafting and negotiating data processing agreements, Business Associate Agreements, and other contracts with privacy and AI implications. The position also includes partnering with Product and Engineering teams to assess risks associated with product offerings, including AI features, and leading Privacy by Design processes, Privacy Impact Assessments, and AI Risk/Impact Assessments. Additionally, the role entails developing and maintaining privacy and AI governance policies, standards, and guidelines, as well as managing compliance tasks such as Cookie compliance, Records of Processing Activities, and Data Subject Access Requests.
