Process Science Equipment Analyst
Eurofins is seeking a Process Science Equipment Analyst to join our team in Limerick, Ireland. In this role, you will support the Process Science (PS) departments by ensuring laboratory instrumentation remains operational and qualified. As a Process Science Equipment Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include creating equipment assets and establishing calibration and maintenance schedules using equipment management software. You will perform preventative maintenance activities, carry out calibrations on laboratory equipment, and manage the shipping of calibration standards to offsite vendors. Additionally, you will monitor daily temperatures of controlled temperature units (CTUs) and create system impact assessment documents. Ensuring all documentation and laboratory records are up to date and GMP compliant is also a key aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a BA in Chemistry or Biology, though other degrees may be considered with relevant experience. Proven experience in a cGMP environment is required. Experience with executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, administering software databases, and working knowledge of change control in the pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous. A strong commitment to meeting internal and external customer expectations, along with a passion for achieving results, is essential.
