The Procurement Manager at Galaxy is responsible for leading the owner-furnished (OFCI) procurement program for large-scale data center development projects. This role involves planning, sourcing, contracting, and managing the delivery of long-lead equipment and technical service packages that are critical to project schedules. The Procurement Manager collaborates closely with Construction, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

Key responsibilities include defining early procurement requirements, developing sourcing strategies aligned with project risks and technical needs, and translating technical specifications into clear scopes of work and procurement schedules. Excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as a customer-service orientation, are also required.
