Procurement & Third Party Risk - Manager

FalconX, a leading digital asset prime brokerage headquartered in San Mateo, California, is seeking a Procurement & Third Party Risk Manager to establish and lead a new function within the Finance team. The company specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for institutional clients navigating the digital asset market.

In this role, the Manager will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies to achieve cost savings, negotiating contracts, and optimizing vendor relationships across the organization. Additionally, they will design and implement a third-party risk management framework to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiations, and third-party risk management, with a proven track record of delivering cost savings and favorable contract terms. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts and vendor relationships concurrently are essential. Experience in creating and implementing policies and procedures, as well as collaborating across departments such as Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Security, is highly desirable.

The base salary for this position ranges from $157,000 to $199,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience.
