Canva is seeking a Product and Localisation Lead to drive its growth in Vietnam by ensuring the platform resonates deeply with local users. This role is part of the International Growth Marketing team and focuses on making Canva's offerings culturally relevant and intuitive for Vietnamese users, ranging from students and creators to small businesses and enterprise teams.

Key responsibilities include developing and owning Canva's product and localisation strategy for Vietnam, collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap, and analyzing user and subscription funnels to identify growth opportunities. The role also involves adapting global campaigns and in-product experiences to align authentically with the Vietnamese market and providing cultural insights to global teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product, localisation, or growth marketing within a high-growth SaaS or product-led company. A deep understanding of Vietnam's digital ecosystem, user behavior, and cultural nuances is essential. Strong analytical skills, the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, and fluency in both Vietnamese and English are required.
