Product Data Analyst Intern - Platform
Mirakl is seeking a Product Data Analyst Intern to join its Product team in Paris, focusing on key areas such as Financial Services, Catalog, and Order Management. This 6-month internship, starting in June or July 2026, offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of Mirakl's enterprise marketplace solutions, which empower retailers and B2B organizations to launch, scale, and operate marketplaces and dropship services.
In this role, the intern will support the Senior Product Manager throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis initiatives by defining problems, preparing and preprocessing data, performing statistical analyses, and validating results to inform product decisions. The intern will also measure and analyze the impact of new features and algorithmic changes through before-and-after analyses, sizing, hypothesis testing, and segmentation. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining performance dashboards to track functional adoption and key performance indicators, as well as developing internal AI-powered tools to automate recurring tasks and enhance team collaboration.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a gap year or end-of-studies internship and possess a strong analytical mindset with rigorous problem definition, logical reasoning, and structured thinking. A solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing and confidence intervals, is essential. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis is required, while experience with Python, BI tools like Metabase, and data visualization best practices are considered advantageous. Familiarity with exploratory data analysis and preprocessing techniques, as well as the ability to critically assess AI tools, will be beneficial. Strong team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to learning are also important. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary for effective communication within the international team.
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from €1,200 to €1,400, depending on the candidate's profile.
