Product Director - Circle Expansion
Life360 is seeking a Product Director for Circle Expansion to lead product strategy and execution across its fastest-growing member segments, including aging parents, pre-teens with wearables, and extended families living apart. This high-ownership role involves driving customer discovery, shaping the product roadmap, and collaborating with the AI-Native engineering team to deliver impactful experiences. The position offers the opportunity to define AI-Native product management practices within the company.
Key responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle from discovery through growth, utilizing AI-Native research workflows to synthesize insights and validate hypotheses, and defining product strategy grounded in customer needs and business objectives. The role also involves partnering with design and engineering teams to develop scalable solutions, leading go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and growth teams, and owning key performance metrics related to customer engagement and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in consumer-oriented mobile products. Proven success in managing full product lifecycles, strong ability to define product vision based on customer insights, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams are essential. Familiarity with AI tools across the product management workflow and a track record of building AI-native product experiences are highly valued.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary range of $201,500 to $294,500 USD for U.S.-based candidates, with variations based on geographic location and experience.
