Product Lead - Risk & Controls

In this pivotal position, the Product Lead will be responsible for owning compliance with regulatory obligations in Europe and the UK, ensuring the effectiveness of the entire control framework used to prevent financial crime. The role involves identifying opportunities for enhancements based on audits, internal reviews, and market trends, as well as managing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to maintain them within the company's risk appetite. Additionally, the Product Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational scalability of controls, potentially leveraging AI technologies.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in complex product development within heavily regulated industries, strong analytical skills to understand financial crime vectors and mitigating controls, and the ability to collaborate across teams to influence roadmaps. Excellent communication skills in English and the capacity to work effectively in a diverse, multinational environment are essential.
