Product Manager - AI Platform
Eudia is seeking a Product Manager to drive the evolution of its AI platform, enterprise integrations, and developer-facing products. This role offers high ownership and the opportunity to work closely with machine learning engineers, legal experts, designers, and go-to-market teams to deliver trusted and explainable AI capabilities. The position is based in Palo Alto, CA, and is integral to Eudia's mission of transforming legal work through Augmented Intelligence.
The Product Manager will contribute to Eudia's AI quality strategy, including model evaluation, document understanding, and conversational behavior. Responsibilities include defining evaluation criteria for LLM components, partnering with ML engineers on features related to retrieval augmentation and citation accuracy, and supporting the development of safety guardrails and human-in-the-loop mechanisms. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the roadmap for Eudia's enterprise platform, designing APIs and SDKs for integration with various systems, and collaborating with DevOps and security teams to meet compliance requirements.
Candidates should have approximately five years of product management experience, with exposure to technical or platform-level products. A working knowledge of machine learning concepts and experience with LLM-powered products or ML-driven features are advantageous. Experience with B2B software products, an appreciation for security and compliance-conscious product design, and strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
