Product Manager - Connect, Universal
ClearScore Technology Limited is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of its Universal API platform, a critical component that extends the company's data and capabilities beyond consumer applications. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Product, Platform and Data Engineering teams, and the Upstream product team to create a unified API gateway serving both internal teams and external partners.
The Product Manager will be responsible for delivering a scalable and extensible API gateway, defining API standards, onboarding internal users to the new API stack, enabling commercial opportunities through collaboration with the Upstream product team, and enhancing the external developer experience via a developer portal, documentation, and sandboxes.
Candidates should have experience as a Product Manager working with API platforms or developer tools, or previous experience as a Software Engineer in these domains. Strong analytical and technical skills are essential, along with the ability to engage in discovery processes with non-technical partners, set direction and objectives for the team, and align cross-functional teams through excellent communication. Experience in regulated or financial services is beneficial but not mandatory.
