Product Manager, Publisher Payments (f/m/d)
As Product Manager for Publisher Payments at Awin, you will oversee and enhance the global publisher payments experience, ensuring timely and accurate payments through preferred methods. Your role involves shaping seamless payment processes across various countries, currencies, and regulatory environments, balancing compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, finance, support, operations, and compliance—you will define and implement solutions that add value for publishers, support business growth, and scale Awin's global payments capabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include evolving Awin's publisher payments experience to ensure accuracy and trustworthiness, defining and prioritizing product initiatives to improve the end-to-end payment process, and identifying payment-related challenges through data analysis, customer feedback, and market insights. You will drive the development of Awin's global payments capabilities, supporting diverse countries, currencies, payment methods, and regulatory requirements. Leading discovery activities to understand publisher needs, validating assumptions, and ensuring solutions address genuine customer problems will be essential. Additionally, you will use data and customer insights to prioritize opportunities, measure impact, and continuously enhance payment performance and user experience. Collaboration with stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, and operations will be crucial to align priorities and deliver improvements to the publisher payments experience. Partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering teams, you will deliver payment solutions that balance customer experience, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you should have over three years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS environment. Proven experience in launching, scaling, and improving products that create value for both customers and the business is essential. A strong product mindset, with the ability to identify customer problems, define outcomes, and prioritize opportunities, is required. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across business and technology teams, are necessary. An analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making is important, along with a customer-centric mindset focused on understanding user needs and improving experiences. A solid understanding of the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and iteration, is expected. Familiarity with global payment methods, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations across different markets is advantageous.
