Product Manager (Technical) - Identity & Access Management

Zinnia is seeking a Product Manager (Technical) for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) to oversee the development and implementation of secure access solutions for carriers, distributors, partners, and policyholders. This role involves managing the product backlog and collaborating with senior product leadership to deliver identity-related features, including authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management, while balancing security and compliance with user experience. The position requires close partnership with Engineering and Security teams to translate requirements into functional features.
