Product Marketing Manager, Physical Sciences
Lila Sciences is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Physical Sciences, to lead the go-to-market strategy for its AI-driven materials and chemistry platform. This role operates at the intersection of physical science domains, autonomous experimentation, and AI modeling, aiming to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives and market strategies that resonate with industrial R&D leaders, sustainability teams, and strategic partners.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing go-to-market plans for new physical science capabilities, translating product milestones into launch-ready packages, and aligning launches with priority commercial motions. The role also involves developing value-based messaging, creating technical and visionary content such as solution briefs and case studies, and partnering with commercial teams to deliver high-impact collateral for physical science prospects.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a PhD being a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technical product marketing, particularly within lab informatics, scientific software, or AI/ML for physical sciences, energy, or advanced materials, is required. Strong project management skills, the ability to translate complex technical data into accessible narratives, and comfort in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment are essential.
Lila Sciences offers competitive compensation, including bonus potential and generous early equity. The expected base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $186,667 USD per year, with the final offer reflecting the candidate's unique background, expertise, and impact.
