RESPONSIBILITIES

- Partner with Product, GTM, and Support teams to identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve cross-functional workflows.

- Conduct data analysis to uncover insights, track KPIs, and inform strategic decisions.

- Manage and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Support the design and implementation of processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational initiatives with company strategy.

- Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to ensure alignment and progress on key projects....
