Product Operations Manager

TARA Mind, a Public Benefit Corporation under Red Cell Partners, is seeking a Product Operations Manager to enhance its mission of improving outcomes for individuals with treatment-resistant mental health conditions. This role is pivotal in bridging strategic vision with tactical execution, ensuring the seamless operation of the company's initiatives.

The Product Operations Manager will own and manage the product roadmap, translating business needs into clear requirements and sprint priorities. They will coordinate with engineering and stakeholders to drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery tracking. Additionally, the role involves supporting end-to-end product delivery, coordinating QA/UAT processes, managing release documentation, and synthesizing user feedback into product development.

Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or business operations, preferably within startups. Direct experience in health-tech or clinical operations is essential. Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Asana, HubSpot, and BI platforms is required, along with a proven ability to translate business needs into product execution. Strong communication and organizational skills are vital, as is a builder mindset with a bias for action and process creation.
