Product Operations Specialist
As a Product Operations Specialist at 8am, you will collaborate across the organization to drive strategic projects within our Product teams. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable with ambiguity, who enjoy analyzing processes and technology to identify areas for improvement. You will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and clarity, making a significant impact within the company.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and executing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and simplicity of our Product teams. You will lead complex cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and measuring their business impact. Additionally, you will develop and refine processes to assist team members in managing their workflows and support leaders in overseeing team performance.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in product operations, business operations, or project/program management. Proficiency with Jira and related workflow design is essential. Strong communication skills, meticulous organization, and a proactive mindset are crucial. A natural curiosity and willingness to learn new domains, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, are also important.
