Product Owner
As a Product Owner at Euna Solutions, you will collaborate with Product Managers on the Euna Procurement product line to refine prioritized roadmap initiatives and oversee their delivery through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Working alongside a cross-functional team of Developers, Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs), and UX Designers, you will ensure the successful execution of requirements and achievement of desired outcomes for each development cycle. This role is integral to maintaining the alignment of product development with business objectives and customer needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include breaking down high-level features into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with development leads to ensure clarity and feasibility. You will maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that tasks align with the product's objectives and deadlines. Daily interactions with the development team will be essential, providing real-time guidance during stand-ups, sprint planning, and refinement sessions to address any questions or obstacles promptly. Additionally, you will define and validate acceptance criteria, evaluate completed work against these standards, and facilitate ongoing customer feedback sessions to continuously refine product direction.
The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree, such as in computer science, or have recent relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant and recent co-op job experience as a developer or product owner, as well as those with previous experience in GovTech or SaaS environments. Proven ability to break down complex features into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, along with experience in tools and methodologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Business Analysis, SQL, HTML, technical writing, backlog management, wireframing, PowerPoint, and Excel.
