The Product Partnerships Lead, Marketing at Canva is responsible for defining and leading the company's strategy with key marketing and advertising platform partners, including global leaders like Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, HootSuite, Mailchimp, and Snap. This role involves managing senior-level relationships, setting long-term partner strategies, and translating these partnerships into tangible product and go-to-market outcomes. The position is part of the Ecosystem Partnerships and Go-To-Market team, which operates at the intersection of product, growth, and platform strategy to enhance Canva's presence and value in the market.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing Canva's marketing technology partnership strategy, leading complex partner engagements from strategy and negotiation through to launch and scale, and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that create value for both Canva users and partners. The role also involves maintaining active relationships with partners to proactively resolve business and technical challenges, collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Legal, PR, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Operations to launch and scale partnerships, and analyzing performance data to inform roadmap decisions and strategic opportunities.

The ideal candidate possesses over 10 years of experience leading strategic, product-led partnerships in marketing technology, collaboration, platforms, SaaS, and/or developer ecosystems. Exceptional relationship-building and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively from C-suite to working teams. The role requires strong influence across product, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams, a balance of technical understanding, product sense, and commercial acumen, and a highly organized and analytical approach with experience using data to guide decisions. Comfort with operating as both a hands-on individual contributor and a strategic leader is also important.

Compensation for this position includes a target salary range of $188,000 to $242,000, with final offers based on market data and the candidate's skills and experience.
