Product Samples Coördinator

Eurofins is seeking a Product Samples Coordinator to join our team in Barneveld, Gelderland, Netherlands. As a global leader in bio-analytical testing services, Eurofins provides comprehensive laboratory research and advisory services across various industries, including food, environment, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of product samples within our laboratory environment.

The Product Samples Coordinator is responsible for receiving and registering incoming samples, verifying their accuracy and completeness, and preparing them for further analysis. Key duties include logging sample information into the laboratory information management system (LIMS), coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely processing, and managing the dispatch of samples to external laboratories when necessary. Additionally, the coordinator will handle the processing of results from outsourced samples and assist in locating samples for re-analysis as required.

Candidates should possess at least a vocational (MBO) level of education and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail is crucial, as the role requires meticulous verification of sample data and documentation. Proficiency in the Dutch language is essential, along with the ability to distinguish colors and numbers accurately. Availability for 32 to 39 hours per week, including mandatory work on Fridays, is required.
