Position Overview:

LawDepot is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Product Specialist (French). This role will lead the evolution and growth of our French language digital experience across France and Canada. You will contribute to shaping product content, optimizing conversion funnels, launching localization projects, and improving usability to meet the unique needs of our French language users. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with the option to work fully remote across Canada or hybrid from our Edmonton, Alberta office.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Optimize our French-language websites (DocumentsLegaux France and LawDepot Canada) to improve the overall user experience and drive measurable improvements to key performance indicators

- Write and refine French content to improve usability, comprehension, and completion rates

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initial concept to implementation and post-launch optimization

- Adapt existing product offerings and website experience to better align with the needs, behaviors, and expectations of French-speaking users
