Product Supply Planning Manager

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Product Supply Planning Manager to join our expanding Supply Chain team in Hyderabad, India. The Product Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining monthly supply plans for Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), considering inventory levels and open orders. Key duties include issuing purchase orders and forecasts to CMOs, monitoring delivery schedules, proactively managing supply constraints, and ensuring the integrity of supply planning parameters and master data. Additionally, the role involves overseeing new product launches to ensure timely supply and regulatory compliance, proposing stock holding levels aligned with working capital targets, and performing monthly inventory reconciliations to maintain accuracy.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in end-to-end planning within the pharmaceutical industry, including direct interaction with CMOs in an international environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities, have familiarity with Oracle ERP systems, and exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Effective collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, along with proficient time management and adaptability, are essential for success in this role.
