Program Manager

Tanium is seeking a Program Manager to oversee product development activities from ideation through go-to-market for an assigned portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with portfolio product leaders within the CTO's organization, contributing to the design, implementation, and iteration of program management processes for a spec-driven and AI-first product development environment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong program/project management foundation, sharp judgment under ambiguity, and the confidence to drive cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders, to decisions and deadlines. This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the Durham, NC location.
