This role involves hands-on management of campaign setup, creative development, and performance optimization, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and retargeting strategies. The position is part of a dynamic marketing team dedicated to enhancing the customer journey through efficient performance marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include setting up, managing, and optimizing display campaigns on various programmatic advertising platforms, including retargeting strategies. The manager will collaborate with design teams to develop engaging ad creatives, conduct A/B testing to assess campaign effectiveness, and analyze key performance metrics to inform optimization efforts. Staying current with platform updates and industry best practices is essential, as is working closely with senior team members and other departments to ensure strategic alignment.

Candidates should possess a minimum of three years' experience in display advertising, encompassing GDN, Native, and Programmatic channels, with a strong focus on retargeting. Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in campaign reporting and optimization are required. Experience in creative collaboration with designers or content creators, hands-on involvement in A/B testing, and a detail-oriented, organized approach are essential. Fluency in English and proficiency in another European language—such as German, Polish, French, Spanish, or Italian—is mandatory.
