CannonDesign is seeking a Project Administrator for their Smart Buildings team. This role offers remote work opportunities, with potential for client and on-site visits as required. The Project Administrator will provide essential administrative support to project teams, ensuring efficient project execution and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external team members to gather project updates and deliverables, preparing weekly project status emails, organizing and setting up client meetings, and ensuring client-facing reports meet quality standards. Additional tasks involve supporting proposal and contracting efforts, preparing team memos and presentations, transcribing meeting notes, reviewing and responding to consultant statements, and assisting in the review and approval of consultant invoices. The role also entails monitoring project processes, assisting in the development of fees during proposals, preparing complex spreadsheets and database work in Excel and Power BI, maintaining records for financial status of projects, and setting up and maintaining project files according to firm standards.

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred) and a minimum of 4 years of experience in related roles, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or interior design industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and experience with video and audio meeting technologies are essential. Familiarity with Procore and Newforma software is a plus, and experience with ClickUp schedule development is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $50,830 to $63,538 annually.
