Project Finance Associate
Clifford Chance is seeking a Project Finance Associate to join its [Houston/NY] office. This role involves working within a dynamic team that specializes in financing energy and infrastructure projects, contributing to the firm's global reputation for excellence in legal services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects. Key areas of focus include U.S. project financing, holdco financing, U.S. tax equity financings, and construction to back-leverage financing. Experience with financing structures involving tax equity or tax credits is considered a plus.
Applicants should have substantial experience in project finance, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Admission to the [Texas/New York] bar is required, with preferred class years ranging from 2018 to 2022. A strong academic record and prior experience at a top-tier law firm are also desirable.
Clifford Chance offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $260,000 to $435,000 annually, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
