Project Manager Group Lead, Eurofins Environment Testing Northern California - Air Toxics, Folsom, CA
Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a Project Manager Group Lead to oversee the Project Management (Client Services) team in Folsom, CA. This role is pivotal in ensuring high levels of client service and operational effectiveness within the organization. The Project Manager Group Lead will supervise project management staff, manage team productivity, and ensure that client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include overseeing accounts receivable activities such as billing, collections, and issue resolution to align with facility revenue and cash flow objectives. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to support growth within house accounts while maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, the Project Manager Group Lead is responsible for training project management staff and ensuring compliance with required training and ongoing development programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA in Chemistry, Sciences, or Business Management, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years in a sales or customer service role, along with at least 2 years of management and leadership experience, is required. Working knowledge of Toxic Organic analytical methods and EPA air testing methods, as well as familiarity with air sampling products and technologies, is essential. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship is also required.
The compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
